Built for the people closest to the business.
MSPs know more about how their clients work than anyone else does: the systems, the people, the workaround that keeps invoicing going. They have rarely had a way to show it, or to get paid for it.
abi. is that way. She maps how a business really runs, prices what is worth fixing, and hands it to the MSP to sell and build. The map belongs to the client. The work belongs to the MSP. We build the tool and stay out of the room.
OurIdea.ai is built by Adam Salley in the UK, after years spent selling software to MSPs and watching the AI conversation start without them.
