The operating system for profitable growth
Most businesses run on processes nobody wrote down and tools nobody chose together. abi. maps how your business actually works, shows you which parts are costing you the most, builds the automations that fix them, and keeps a register of every agent you put live. One system, from the first interview to the running workflow.
No card required. The map is free, and it stays free.
Find the work worth changing
A map on its own is wallpaper. abi. ranks your processes by the hours they consume, flags the handovers where work goes to die, and scores your funnel and your sales calls against the SIGNAL methodology. The output is not a report. It is an ordered list with the biggest number at the top. Free to see the ranking. The AI passes are metered.
Turn the decision into something that runs
Pick a process, and abi. Agent Studio proposes the specific changes worth making, lays the redesigned chain out on a canvas you can edit, and builds it into a workflow file you import into your own n8n. It also reads the other way: point it at an automation you already run and it appears on your map, so you can finally see what your existing automations are actually doing. abi. Pro and abi. Max. 25 credits a review.
Watch the map change
When a process is genuinely faster, the map moves, and abi. shows you the before and the after. Hours reclaimed, handovers removed, the business case you can put in front of whoever signs things off. Free on every plan. The map keeps its own history.
abi. holds the map instead. When the business moves, the map moves: an interview here, a document there, a captured session when something has changed and nobody can quite explain how. abi. tells you when a design you made no longer matches the process underneath it, which is the moment most automation projects silently break. And every agent you put live stays on a register with an owner against it, so the answer to “what AI do we have running” is a page rather than an argument.
The monthly fee buys the thing a document cannot do: it stays true.
What you get every month
A map that keeps up with the business, not a snapshot of it
Your processes ranked by what they cost you, recalculated as the map changes
A monthly allowance of AI work: interviews, document reads, funnel scans, scored calls, Studio reviews
abi. Agent Studio, to turn any of those processes into a workflow you can import
A register of every agent you have running, with owners, risk tiers and an EU AI Act screening
SIGNAL, the methodology and the certification, for your team
Three jobs, the same operating system
If you run the business
You know where the money leaks but not how much, and everyone has a different story about how the work gets done. abi. settles the argument with evidence from the people doing it, then puts a number on each process so you can spend your attention on the expensive ones. When you fix something, the map proves it moved. Start with: a map of your own business, free.
If you run an MSP
Your clients ask you to "do something with AI" and the conversation stalls because nobody can see the process. Map a client's business in a couple of interviews, show them their own handovers on a 3D map in the room, and walk out with a ranked list of automations you are the natural supplier for. abi. Agent Studio turns the top one into a working draft before the next meeting. Start with: five client maps free, on the consultant tier.
If you build automations for a living
Scoping is the unpaid half of the job. abi. does discovery as a repeatable process, produces the before-and-after business case that justifies your fee, and hands you a workflow draft rather than a blank canvas. Reverse import means you can also inherit a client's existing automations and see them on the map instead of reading someone else's JSON. Start with: five client maps free, on the consultant tier.
Credits are how AI work is measured: an interview is 40, a document read 15, a funnel scan 20, a scored call 25, an Agent Studio review 25, reading in an existing automation 10. A thousand credits is forty Agent Studio reviews, or any mix, and interviews are also capped at 10 a month on Pro and 50 on Max. The allowance resets every month.
Prices are also shown in euros in the app. abi. Launchpad (£97, one-off) and SIGNAL (from £97 a year) are sold separately.
abi. never asks for a password, an API key or a token for the systems in your workflows. An exported workflow carries named placeholders, and a written guide tells you what to wire. You do the wiring, in your own account.
abi. does not run your automations and does not watch them. They run in your n8n, under your account, on your schedule. There is no uptime commitment, and nobody here is watching it at 2am.
An exported workflow is a working draft, not a finished automation. Expect about fifteen minutes of wiring and a test run before you switch it on. The button says Build for that reason.
abi. Capture reads which tools you pass through, not what is on your screen. It records the hostname and a shortened page title, never the full address and never the contents of a page, and the badge shows when it is recording.
abi. Governance is a structured self-assessment screened against the EU AI Act. It is not legal advice and it does not certify compliance. It tells you what you have running and what the controls for that risk tier are; the compliance remains yours.
abi. does not score individuals. Interviews are about the work, not the worker, and using abi. for monitoring or appraisal is prohibited by the Terms.
