Those four give a tier from 1 to 4, and the tier decides what is required: a named owner at every level, human review and an audit log from tier 2, a kill switch and disclosure from tier 3. A workflow is scored by its riskiest step, not its average one.

What this is, and what it is not.

abi. Governance is a structured self-assessment screened against Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, the EU AI Act, as amended. It is not legal advice and it does not certify compliance. A status of confirmed or cleared means the owner and escalation checks passed and no prohibited practice was declared. It does not mean every listed control is actually in place, which is why the register shows the evidenced count beside the required count.
